Delivery & Returns

Delivery is free on orders over £100, otherwise standard delivery charge of £4.95 applies.

We endeavour to send items out next day, but please allow 3-5 business days as we cannot guarantee Royal Mail.

Larger items will be sent by courier.

If the product needs to be returned the following criteria must be met:- 

Should you wish to change your mind

The unwanted product must be returned in an "as new" condition with all the packaging and accessories, within 14 days of purchase.

If you are returning an item because you've simply changed your mind then the cost is entirely your responsibility.  We recommend that you use a parcel delivery company which will insure you for the value of the goods that you are returning.

If the product is faulty or is damaged in transit

Auto Mobility Concepts Ltd with either refund you or issue you with a credit note to the same value as your purchase as quickly as we can.  We will need to be notified within 24 hours of  a delivery that any damage has occurred.

If the product develops a fault while still within its warranty period.

If a fault occurs within the standard manufacturers 12 month warranty, please call our Head Office on 01442 270202.
